The problem

Fixable mistakes sink good applicants.

Most strong applicants get rejected for fixable things. A vague personal statement. A resume that buries the clinical work. A reference list you didn't prep. None of these are about you not being good enough. They're about you not having had someone read it yet who knows what admissions actually looks for. We fix that.

Early feedback

What students have told us

I'd rewritten my personal statement four times and still wasn't sure. The feedback was specific. Cut these two paragraphs, lead with this story, fix this verb. I got into my first-choice ADN program.

Maria T.

ADN candidate, accepted 2026

Paid $29.95 for the App Review because my personal statement felt weak. I got direct, actionable feedback on my packet and resume in less than two days. No generic templates, just real talk on how to stand out to admissions. The free NCLEX practice questions on the rest of the site are just icing on the cake.

Devon W.

Prospective MSN student

I asked a friend in nursing school to read my application. She said it was fine. The NursingFloor review found three things she'd missed. The honest, line-by-line feedback was exactly what I needed before submitting.

Emily R.

BSN candidate

Paid the $29.95 for packet and personal statement feedback. Even though the intake is by email instead of a standard checkout, they hit the 48-hour deadline with room to spare. The critiques on my essay were sharp and fixed some major structural issues I missed. Recommend if you're applying soon.

FAQ

Questions before you send it

What if I only need my personal statement reviewed?

Answer

That's fine. Send what you have. The price is the same whether it's one document or the full packet, because the bottleneck on our side is reading time, not page count.

How is this different from a friend reading it?

Answer

Your friend will say it looks good because they want you to feel supported. A reader who has been through 100+ admissions packets will tell you the three things that will get it rejected and exactly how to fix them before the deadline. We're on your side, which sometimes means being the one to say what your friend won't.

How is this different from my school's career office?

Answer

Most school career offices are great at generic resume formatting and not great at nursing-specific applications. We've read nursing admissions packets specifically. We know what BSN versus ADN committees actually weight. If your career office has a nursing specialist, use both. Otherwise we're a sharper read for $29.95.

Can I get revisions after I apply the feedback?

Answer

One round of follow-up review is included. Send your updated materials within 30 days and we'll confirm the fixes landed and flag anything new. Beyond that we charge a flat $15 for additional rounds, because at that point we're functioning as your editor and that deserves to be paid for.

Is this for nursing school or job applications?

Answer

This service is for nursing school applications. If you're looking for job application help after graduation, see our hiring services instead.

What won't you do?

Answer

We won't write your personal statement for you. We won't fabricate experience. We won't tell you what to say, only how to say what you already mean more clearly. If you've never volunteered, we won't suggest you pretend you did. The point is to make your real story strong, not to invent a different one.

How fast is the turnaround really?

Answer

48 hours from when we receive your materials, including weekends. Most reviews go out faster. If you have a deadline inside 48 hours, email us first and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it before you pay.
