What nurses have told us
I used the $299.95 done-for-you hiring service because I was overwhelmed trying to apply to new-grad residencies. They handled 10 hospital applications for me, revamped my resume, and prepped me for interviews. I got two interview requests in the first two weeks. The 30-day refund guarantee gave me peace of mind, but they delivered.

New grad RN, hired 2026
I did the $99.95 hiring service for resume review and interview prep. The feedback was direct and dry. Exactly what I needed to cut the fluff out of my answers. They helped me frame my clinical rotations like actual work experience. Walked into my hospital interview confident and got the offer the next day.

BSN, hired 2026
The $299.95 application service is the best money I've spent this year. They handled 10 separate hospital applications for me. As a new grad, navigating individual HR portals is a nightmare, but they handled the heavy lifting and kept me updated by email. Landed three interviews within three weeks.

New grad RN, hired 2026
Honest about the market. They told me my dream ICU role at a Magnet hospital probably wouldn't happen as a new grad, and to apply to step-down first. Took the step-down job, transferred to ICU eight months later.

FAQ
Questions before you commit
How does the 30-day refund actually work?
If you buy the $299.95 done-for-you package and don't receive a single interview request within 30 days of us submitting your applications, email us and we refund the full amount. No questionnaire, no negotiation, no proof needed beyond your word. We pull our weight or you don't pay.
What do I send you to get started?
Your current resume (any format), graduation date, RN license status (in progress is fine), target units and shift preference, and the geographic area or specific hospitals you want to apply to. We'll send a short followup with anything else we need.
What's the timeline from payment to first interview?
Review package: feedback delivered within 48 hours, interview prep included. Done-for-you package: resume rewritten in 3-5 business days, applications submitted across the following week, interview requests typically start landing within 7-14 days from submission. Hospital HR timelines vary.
Can I pick which hospitals you apply to?
Yes. You give us your list. If you want suggestions because you're targeting a region but don't know the players, we'll propose 10 based on residency program quality, NCLEX pass rate of new hires, and how friendly they are to new grads. You approve before we hit submit.
What if I'm not licensed yet?
Most new grads aren't when they apply. Hospitals know this. We submit with 'license in progress' and target programs whose new-grad residencies accept pre-licensure applications, which is most of them. Get your ATT number in your hands and we're good.
How do you communicate during the process?
Email, fast. You get a status update at each stage (resume draft sent, applications submitted, weekly interview-tracker for done-for-you) and the same address for any question. We aim for under 24 hours on replies, usually much faster.
Is this just resume help or do you actually advise on the job?
Both. We won't tell you to take a job you shouldn't, we'll be honest about which units chew up new grads, and we've talked grads out of dream-unit applications they weren't ready for. The point isn't to land any job, it's to land the right one for where you actually are.
